Telekinesis push on foil from More distance

I practice psi wheel daily at evening times and one day
tried this practice long distance foil push.

This time , I make a low pitch 'ohm' sound which
start from inner abdomen , coming out from inside the body and out through
heart region and out through the mouth.

The foil flip when I complete this "chanting" in a successful manner.
I think you can bearly hear this chanting, since I am pretty away from
the foil, where camera is placed

Telekinesis push on aluminum foil from a distance

I tried to push aluminum foil placed in vertical balance on table.  Gathering life energy from
surroundings, focusing on the foil I guided energy towards the foil. I need to be one with the
foil at least a half seconds. So then I give an extra push on the foil, to command it to move.

All things such as

gaining concentration, becoming one with foil, after guiding energy

commanding foil  to move.
