wheel is placed inside a cardboard box with plastic cover on top.
This allow visibility of the psi wheel from out side limiting air flow
from surroundings. Two holes are made for two hands to put into the box.
The lids of the holes are close enough to make a minimum air flow
from surroundings
Advantage is I can practice psi training even in an open room.
I could breath normally , with out any doubt that air from nostrils
reach psi wheel directly, Let me say, that's a good relief during practice.
